Job Description:

The Account Executive, Public Safety focuses on driving sales, retaining customers, and managing accounts within the Public Safety industry. The role emphasizes sales success metrics, customer satisfaction, and renewal contracts while supporting first responders.

Job Responsibility:

Calling leads to generate sales opportunities
exceeding monthly sales, renewal, and churn target goals
establishing and cultivating customer relationships
conducting account reviews and maintenance
providing account analysis
supervising and resolving customer issues
completing data entry with accuracy
participating in continuous training opportunities
meeting productivity and sales goals
disbursing adjustments and credits as appropriate
supporting team initiatives

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
experience selling within the Public Safety vertical
demonstrated track record of sales success in B2B
Microsoft Excel skills
customer acquisition
attention to detail
communication skills
presentation skills
problem-solving skills
sales analysis
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Bachelor's Degree
experience in the Public Safety industry
experience in Wireless Industry/Telesales/Technical Sales
