Job Description:

The Account Executive, Public Safety focuses on serving First Responders by driving sales growth, maintaining current accounts, and fostering customer satisfaction. This role demands strong sales and account management expertise in the Public Safety vertical, rigorous data analysis, excellent communication skills, and consistent alignment with T-Mobile's core values.

Job Responsibility:

  • Utilizes contact list to call leads to generate sales opportunities
  • exceeds monthly sales, renewal, and churn target goals
  • welcomes customers to T-Mobile and reviews service agreements
  • probes for additional business opportunities
  • establishes and cultivates customer relationships to drive sales and increase customer base
  • completes customer account maintenance resulting from account reviews
  • provides account analysis to determine up-sell and renewal offers
  • supervises and resolves customer issues
  • participates in continuous training opportunities to maintain knowledge of products, services, and sales approaches
  • meets/exceeds all departmental goals and business objectives
  • creates an inclusive environment and supports team initiatives

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • at least 18 years of age
  • 2-4 years experience selling within the Public Safety vertical
  • 2-4 years demonstrated track record of sales success in business sales
  • Microsoft Excel

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree
