Job Description:

This role meets and exceeds monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory. Responsibilities include selling products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads/referrals. Utilizing solution-based selling techniques to recommend tailored wireless solutions. Additional duties include negotiating and closing deals, developing sales skills, attending training opportunities, and innovating creative sales approaches.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
  • recommend wireless solutions regarding price plans, data, enhanced services, handsets, and accessories
  • negotiate and close deals
  • work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
  • participate in training opportunities and attend sales meetings
  • devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
  • fully use all sales force automation and prospecting tools
  • generate reports on sales activities and forecasting
  • perform other duties/projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a commissioned environment
  • ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • proven experience delivering outstanding customer service and attention to detail
  • excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • effective negotiating and closing skills
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • at least 18 years of age

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
