The Account Executive, SMB Team Sales role is designed for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals who aim to build stellar customer relationships and bring unmatched products and services to underserved markets. Responsibilities include lead generation, negotiating deals, customer needs analysis, solution-selling, and skill development with leadership. This role involves local travel and participation in product training and regular sales meetings.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories
Negotiate and close deals
Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
Participate in product training and sales meetings
Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
Apply sales force automation, manage sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
Outside B2B sales experience Preferred
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment
Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Effective negotiating and closing skills
Ability to cold call/door knock Preferred
Experience in identifying, nurturing, and guiding potential leads Preferred
Experience using CRM systems Preferred
Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals Preferred
Valid Driver's License
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
