Job Description:

The Account Executive, SMB Team Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals who are passionate about building stellar customer relationships and bringing T-Mobile's unmatched products and services to underserved markets. Responsibilities include lead generation, solution-based selling, deal negotiation, and customer relationship management, with access to training and growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
  • tailor customer recommendations
  • negotiate and close deals
  • develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
  • participate in product training and sales meetings
  • maintain and grow the customer base
  • use sales automation and manage leads funnel

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
  • outside B2B sales experience preferred
  • ability to work well in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
  • proven experience delivering outstanding customer service
  • excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • effective negotiating and closing skills
  • ability to cold call/door knock
  • experience in identifying, nurturing, and guiding potential leads
  • experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
  • experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on proposals and pricing quotations preferred
  • driver's license
  • at least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
