Job Responsibility:
Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
tailor customer recommendations
negotiate and close deals
develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
participate in product training and sales meetings
maintain and grow the customer base
use sales automation and manage leads funnel
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
outside B2B sales experience preferred
ability to work well in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
proven experience delivering outstanding customer service
excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
effective negotiating and closing skills
ability to cold call/door knock
experience in identifying, nurturing, and guiding potential leads
experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on proposals and pricing quotations preferred
driver's license
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
