This role involves selling products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. It requires analyzing customer needs and using solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services while tailoring customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.
Job Responsibility:
Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
recommend wireless solutions including price plans, data, enhanced services, handsets, and accessories
negotiate and close deals
work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
participate in training opportunities on products and services
attend sales meetings
devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
fully use all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools
lead funnel management and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
ability to work well in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment requiring high-degree multi-tasking
validated experience delivering outstanding customer service and attention to detail
excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
effective negotiating and closing skills
experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
