Job Description:

This role involves selling products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. It requires analyzing customer needs and using solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services while tailoring customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking
  • identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
  • recommend wireless solutions including price plans, data, enhanced services, handsets, and accessories
  • negotiate and close deals
  • work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
  • participate in training opportunities on products and services
  • attend sales meetings
  • devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
  • fully use all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools
  • lead funnel management and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
  • ability to work well in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment requiring high-degree multi-tasking
  • validated experience delivering outstanding customer service and attention to detail
  • excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • effective negotiating and closing skills
  • experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
  • at least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
