As an Account Executive you will be responsible for growing the business’ clientele in the region leveraging professional connections and relationships, demonstrating executive presence and value proposition for the CleverTap products. This position calls for a hands on and growth mindset in growing the business & a strong farming/account management mindset in the SaaS sales environment with a track record of cross sell and upsell.
Job Responsibility:
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
Establish and build relationships with key customers so as to understand the customer needs and create a compelling value proposition, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Identify, target, and secure new enterprise logos in line with sales objectives
Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking
Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs and industry challenges
Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative solutions that address customer pain points
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver RFPs, RFIs, and proposals
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for both existing accounts and new business
Maintain accurate records of account activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system
Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in SaaS selling
Proven success in managing high-value accounts and closing large, complex deals
Familiarity with SaaS, Martech, or tech-enabled solutions
Stronger fit exists for those having experience in working in Startup with a go-getting, hands-on approach, plugged into a hyper-growing sales organisation
Ability to present and articulate key value propositions to CXO’s, decision makers and influencers in the assigned account with excellent communication skills in a B2B2C setup
Proven experience in account management and growing the business in the existing accounts in Vietnam region
Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
Be discipline, have consistency and can do attitude
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
Nice to have:
Good understanding of the MarTech domain is preferred
Number driven approach towards accounts, targets, regional planning and retention rates is helpful
Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
