Job Description:

This role involves building relationships with customers, acquiring accounts in assigned geographic territories, and providing tailored wireless solutions through effective sales techniques. Employees work under supervision to meet sales quotas, identify customer needs, and negotiate deals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking
  • identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
  • negotiate and close deals
  • work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution and relationship management
  • participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings
  • devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals
  • use all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools
  • lead funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
  • ability to work well in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
  • proven experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
  • excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • effective negotiating and closing skills
  • experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations preferred
  • at least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
