Job Description:

This role involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas by acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories, with the opportunity to own a geographic territory. Responsibilities include selling products, services, and solutions through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, analyzing customer needs, negotiating, and closing business. Training and skills development opportunities are provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services
  • negotiate and close deals
  • develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
  • participate in training on products and services
  • devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
  • apply sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools
  • manage sales funnel and provide reports on sales activities and forecasting

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • at least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
  • ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multi-tasking
  • excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • effective negotiating and closing skills
  • demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service and attention to detail
  • ability to prepare and deliver proposals and pricing quotations (preferred)
  • at least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
