This role involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas by acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories, with the opportunity to own a geographic territory. Responsibilities include selling products, services, and solutions through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, analyzing customer needs, negotiating, and closing business. Training and skills development opportunities are provided.
Job Responsibility:
Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services
negotiate and close deals
develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
participate in training on products and services
devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
apply sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools
manage sales funnel and provide reports on sales activities and forecasting
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
bachelor's degree preferred
at least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multi-tasking
excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
effective negotiating and closing skills
demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service and attention to detail
ability to prepare and deliver proposals and pricing quotations (preferred)
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
