Job Description:

Baxter is seeking an Account Executive for Bardy Diagnostics to promote innovative remote patient monitoring solutions in the Dallas, Texas territory. Candidates should have strong sales experience in medical devices or diagnostics, with a focus on cardiology and B2B expertise. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, developing relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting the CAM Patch as a new standard of care in cardiac monitoring.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy
  • Increase revenue in assigned territory by promoting BardyDx’s Core products and services
  • Develop relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurologists and Emergency Medicine Physicians
  • Develop and manage relationships with physicians, office staff, and practice/ hospital administration
  • Spend 80% of your time in the assigned territory promoting the company’s products and services
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and generate new sales and marketing tactics
  • Train staff, physicians and administration on the accurate usage and billing codes for products and services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or at least 4-5 years of outside B2B sales experience is required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
  • Ideally a combination of successful medical sales (ideally with a focus on Cardiology or Electrophysiology) and B2B sales experience
  • Previous Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience selling to hospitals, IDNS strongly preferred but not required
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across all customer levels as well as with internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to formulate solutions and decisions with little mentorship
  • Well organized with shown time management and prioritization skills
  • Process-oriented with the ability to multi-task and lead opportunities with both short & long sales cycles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong analytical, communication, and social skills
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed with occasional overnight travel required for regional and national training and trade shows

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling to hospitals, IDNS
  • Previous Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Combination of medical sales and B2B sales experience
  • Start-up or small company experience preferred
