As an Account Executive, Client Relationship Management & Acquisition sales professional, you will manage a portfolio of Fortune 1K accounts to achieve long-term success. The position will be responsible for developing positive relationships with our clients, creating a long-term account plan for the account, understanding white-space opportunities that solve our customers’ business problems and ultimately protecting and growing our revenue in the account.
Job Responsibility:
Develop an account plan strategy to maintain and grow business
Monitor, share and act on sales metrics specific to the customer
Develop positive relationships with stakeholders and identify business problems
Attend trade shows and other industry events for networking
Proactively remain connected to accounts and access new opportunities
Manage account input and feedback with detailed outcomes and timelines
Coordinate customer needs within internal departments and act as escalation point
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
4-7 years B2B Field Sales Experience, preferably working with Fortune 1K accounts
2-4 years Telecom, Software or Technology experience
