Job Description:

This role involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. The candidate will analyze customer needs, demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, and negotiate to close deals. Training opportunities and development in sales skills are also part of the role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
  • recommend wireless solutions such as price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories
  • negotiate and close deals
  • develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
  • participate in training opportunities
  • devise creative and effective sales approaches
  • fully apply sales force automation tools
  • manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting
  • perform other duties/projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • at least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • driver's license and clean driving record
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
  • ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
  • excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • effective negotiating and closing skills
  • experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
