This role involves exceeding monthly sales quota objectives, generating business through prospecting and networking, analyzing customer needs, and demonstrating T-Mobile products' value through solution-based selling. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting and closing deals, and managing sales funnels. Training opportunities and reports on sales activities are part of the role.
Job Responsibility:
Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
present and close deals
participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings
devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
fully use all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools
manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
task management ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment
demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
effective presentation and closing skills.
Nice to have:
Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
