This role involves acquiring accounts within an assigned territory and selling T-Mobile products, services, and solutions through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads. The incumbent uses solution-based selling techniques, negotiates deals, and develops skills for relationship management while adhering to sales objectives and training.
Job Responsibility:
generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other enhanced services, handsets, and accessories
negotiate and close deals
develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
attend training opportunities on products and services
devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
fully use all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools
generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment
proven experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
effective negotiating and closing skills
experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
