The Account Executive, SMB Sales role at T-Mobile focuses on bringing unmatched products and services to underserved markets, acquiring new accounts, surpassing monthly sales targets, and cultivating customer relationships through solution-based selling. The role involves prospecting, networking, negotiating deals, and utilizing Salesforce CRM systems while working remotely within the Georgetown and Mt Pleasant, SC territory.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate T-Mobile’s value
Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories
Negotiate and close deals
Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
Participate in product training and sales meetings
Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
Use sales force automation, run sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts
Maintain and grow the customer base within a territory model
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
Outside B2B sales experience
Ability to work well in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving
Ability to cold call/door knock
Experience in identifying, nurturing, and guiding potential leads through a journey from initial contact to conversion
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
