The Account Executive SMB Sales role at T-Mobile involves prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads to acquire new business in an assigned geographic territory. Responsibilities include closing deals, tailoring solutions to customer needs, managing the sales funnel, and maintaining the customer base.
Job Responsibility:
Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
identifying customer needs with solution-based selling
recommending wireless solutions including price plans and accessories
negotiating and closing deals
developing skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
participating in product training and sales meetings
creating effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
applying sales force automation, managing sales funnel, and reporting on activities
maintaining and growing customer base
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment Preferred
Outside B2B sales experience Preferred
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
effective negotiating and closing skills
ability to cold call/door knock Preferred
experience in identifying, nurturing, and guiding leads Prefered
experience using CRM systems Preferred
experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on proposals Preferred
