Job Description:

As an Account Executive, Client Relationship Management & Acquisition sales professional, you will work closely with Enterprise and/or Strategic Account Executives to help lead a large, high-value portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. The position will be responsible for driving incremental growth within a targeted set of accounts, developing positive relationships with clients, and crafting & driving long-term strategic account plans.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques
  • develop an account strategy to maintain and grow business
  • monitor, share, and act on sales activity and metrics specific to the customer
  • develop positive relationships with customers broad and deep in the account
  • identify business problems that can be solved with our solutions and products
  • meet with clients and partners to develop strategy and outcomes while building relationships
  • establish EBCs
  • attend trade shows and other industry events
  • proactively remain connected to accounts and the market to access new search opportunities
  • lead account input and feedback for all projects with detailed outcomes and timelines
  • coordinate and translate customer needs within internal departments
  • act as a critical issue point to drive resolution to customers' problems

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-7 years of B2B Field Sales Experience, preferably working with Fortune 1K accounts
  • 2-4 years of Telecom, Software, or Technology experience
  • ability to work independently and handle personal and team member deliverables and deadlines
  • creative thinking and problem-solving proficiency
  • proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently
  • ability to optimally connect with client leaders of all levels
  • effective at leading account relationships, financial outcomes, neutralizing detractors, and running multiple sales programs and opportunity life cycles
  • at least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
