Come build relationships with customers and offer T-Mobile’s product and service line in underserved markets. A true hunter role involving prospecting, cold-calling, negotiating, and closing deals while recommending solutions tailored to customer needs. Additional responsibilities include sales funnel management, reporting, and participation in training programs.
Job Responsibility:
Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
recommend wireless solutions
negotiate and close deals
work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings
devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
fully use all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools
manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting
other duties/projects as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multitasking
superior customer service and attention to detail
excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
effective negotiating and closing skills
experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Preferred)
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
travel required
