Job Description:

The Account Executive, SMB Team Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals who are passionate about building stellar customer relationships and bringing T-Mobile's unmatched products and services to underserved markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Recommend wireless solutions including price plans, data services, handsets, accessories
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, relationship management
  • Participate in product training and sales meetings
  • Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
  • Apply sales force automation, manage sales funnel, report on sales activities and forecasts

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
  • Outside B2B sales experience Preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment
  • Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
  • Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills
  • Cold Calling Ability to cold call/door knock Preferred
  • Prospect Management Experience in identifying, nurturing, and guiding potential leads Preferred
  • CRM Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce Preferred
  • Proposal Writing Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on proposals Preferred
