The Account Executive, SMB Team Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals who are passionate about building stellar customer relationships and bringing T-Mobile's unmatched products and services to underserved markets.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Recommend wireless solutions including price plans, data services, handsets, accessories
Negotiate and close deals
Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, relationship management
Participate in product training and sales meetings
Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
Apply sales force automation, manage sales funnel, report on sales activities and forecasts
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
Outside B2B sales experience Preferred
Valid Driver's License
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment
Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills
Cold Calling Ability to cold call/door knock Preferred
Prospect Management Experience in identifying, nurturing, and guiding potential leads Preferred
CRM Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce Preferred
Proposal Writing Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on proposals Preferred
