Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. This role will focus on global forwarding, including ocean, air, domestic trucking, and customs brokerage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the logistics industry and demonstrate a proven track record in sales.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in global forwarding services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking and industry events
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective performance management and reporting
Stay current on industry regulations and best practices related to global forwarding, ocean and air freight, domestic trucking, and customs brokerage

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong understanding of global forwarding processes, including ocean, air, domestic trucking, and customs brokerage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
