Job Description:

As an Account Manager for the South-West region of France, you will promote and develop Baxter’s medical solutions in operating rooms by collaborating with healthcare professionals. This involves managing relationships with clients, executing business plans, and ensuring the satisfaction of customers by providing tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

Promote and develop solutions in the designated area
ensure execution of an annual regional business plan
prospect, identify, and follow regional public and private targets
create and execute tailored action plans
manage product demonstrations with internal teams
plan and coordinate client interventions with internal teams
train clients
verify proper product delivery
provide optimal after-sales service
handle quality assurance procedures and address customer complaints
update CRM records
provide regular activity reports.

Requirements:

Good knowledge in the hospital environment
autonomy
recognized ability to excel
strong interpersonal skills
proactivity
availability
ability to analyze and propose solutions to clients
English proficiency is a plus.
