As an Account Manager with experience within the Insurance / Mutuality / Social Secretariat sector at Sopra Steria, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client retention by fostering and strengthening relationships. You’re mindful of opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while building long term partnerships for community-wide digital transformation and business success.
Job Responsibility:
Ensuring client retention by fostering and strengthening relationships

Requirements:
Good knowledge and experience within the Insurance / Mutuality / Social Secretariat sector
Cross-selling experience within different IT large projects (ex: Software implementation, AI solutions, migration to cloud, Data migration, etc.)
Problem-Solving Skills: Innovative and strategic thinker
Commercial Expertise: Demonstrated success in business development and pitching
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and detail oriented
Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and an existing network
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Experience: minimum 5 years
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and French + excellent knowledge in English
