Job Description:

We are in search of an Account Manager to join our team in the Information Technology sector, located in NEW YORK, New York. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be primarily involved in maintaining customer relations, processing applications, and managing accounts.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and sales
Handle accounting functions, including billing and budget processes
Employ Accounting Software Systems for efficient account management
Leverage ADP - Financial Services for financial management and reporting
Engage in campaign planning to promote sales and customer engagement
Leverage 3M tools for effective account management
Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer
Employ 'About Time' software for effective time management
Implement annual sales strategies for account growth
Manage Accounting Functions and Billing Functions for seamless operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in account management within the Information Technology sector
Proficiency in 3M technology
Familiarity with accounting software systems
Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services
Understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Experience with About Time software
Ability to perform accounting functions effectively
Experience handling billing functions
Knowledge of budget processes
Experience in campaign planning
Demonstrated skills in account management
Proven track record in achieving annual sales targets
