Job Description:

Join Our Client's Team as a Client Account Manager! Are you a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for client relations? Our client is seeking a dedicated Client Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibility:

Client Account Management: Serve as the primary daily contact for clients, managing inquiries, documenting their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
Mailbox Management: Take ownership of client email requests. Efficiently categorise and assign tasks, escalating critical matters to Relationship Managers as necessary
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service. Attend client meetings as required to foster strong relationships
Sales & Opportunity Development: Assist Relationship Managers in promoting the organisation's products and services. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to drive success
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate client records, handle service tickets, and manage account documentation to ensure efficiency
Problem Solving & Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently and escalations are addressed promptly. Your advocacy will strengthen client trust and satisfaction

Requirements:

Strong background in client account management
Excellent mailbox and task management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Sales acumen with a focus on identifying opportunities
Proficient in administrative support and documentation
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a client-centred mindset
A valid driving licence is required for client visits
