Job Description:

We are seeking x3 Account Managers to join our clients growing Housing Team in Essex. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career progression, combining team leadership responsibilities with managing a portfolio of clients. The Housing team is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to success.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a team of up to 5 Account Managers, overseeing their performance appraisals, 121s, and KPIs
Create documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments, and renewals
Ensure accurate recording of customer details and timely data entry
Obtain renewal terms for customers, exploring options to provide the best solutions
Prepare renewal closings and ensure timely policy processing
Handle insurer and customer queries, process policies, and manage outstanding documentation
Address account queries and credit control matters, highlighting any concerns
Apply legal and regulatory policies in line with internal procedures and insurance contracts
Maintain accurate records and process renewals to deliver positive outcomes for clients

Requirements:

Essential commercial insurance knowledge
Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications (Cert CII/Dip CII) are desirable
Eligibility to work in the UK
Commercial insurance knowledge, coaching experience, and a track record of meeting targets within a regulated framework

Nice to have:

Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training colleagues is advantageous
