Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity to join a leading facilities management company as an Account Manager, overseeing a prestigious client with multiple sites across Central London. As Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and strengthening relationships with the client and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing outstanding operational leadership, ensuring the seamless daily management of the contract. A strong technical background is essential for this position.

Job Responsibility:

Full P&L management and accountability for financial performance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
Set, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure continued success
Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within the contract
Oversee SHEQ compliance (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality)

Requirements:

Proven success in managing FM contracts of similar scale within Hard Services
Technical expertise is essential
Previous leadership experience in FM, Building Services, or Engineering
Minimum 5+ years' experience in the Facilities Management sector
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Highly commercially aware with strong business acumen
Driven, hardworking, and committed to excellence
