Job Description:

Robert Half's client in the furniture industry is looking for an Account Manager for their growing team. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX.

Job Responsibility:

Actively address and resolve inquiries from customers
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on the account status
Leverage skills in B2B Sales to drive customer interactions and sales processes

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years of experience in B2B sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
