Job Description:

Support the financial and accounting functions of the Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport branch as Account Receivable Supervisor. This role involves performing tasks such as maintaining accurate financial records, managing account reconciliation, and resolving past due accounts, among others. The position emphasizes teamwork, organization, and professional communication.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents
Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data
Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
Coordinate tasks and work with other departments
Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Report work related accidents or injuries
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience.
