Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented account sales professional. In this role, you will focus on expanding market presence, driving sales, and cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver custom solutions that align with client needs and project requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Drive the sales process from lead generation and client acquisition to contract negotiation and deal closure
Identify and secure new opportunities with key stakeholders, including developers, procurement teams, architects, and designers
Develop strategic plans and execute initiatives that consistently meet or exceed sales targets and company objectives
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase visibility and strengthen brand recognition
Analyze trends, monitor competitor activity, and gather client feedback to refine product offerings and sales strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailor-made products that align with client needs and project requirements
Cultivate long-term partnerships while expanding brand presence

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account sales
Proficiency in using 3M
Familiarity with accounting software systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Proficiency in CRM tools
Experience with About Time software
Understanding of accounting and billing functions
Experience in budget processes
Familiarity with campaign planning
Proven business development skills and a track record of success
