Job Description:

Supports the day-to-day execution of general ledger impacted processes, including account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Works collaboratively with other Finance and Accounting employees and ensures compliance with procedural standards and applicable regulations.

Job Responsibility:

coordinates and implements accounting work and projects as assigned
audits Accounting SOP procedures
generates timely and accurate reports
analyzes financial information
balances credit card ledgers
monitors taxes, profits, and losses
documents discrepancy resolutions
maintains strong operational control environment.

Requirements:

4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
no work experience required
proficiency with accounting processes like account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting, and discrepancy resolution
familiarity with Federal and State laws applying to fraud and collection procedures
ability to use computers and software for accounting functions
effective communication, organizational skills, and integrity.

Nice to have:

knowledge of accounting software
experience working in a luxury hospitality environment.
