Job Description:

Randstad is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to find a talented and driven individual to join their finance team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in either the OTC (Order to Cash) or PTP (Procure to Pay) processes, depending on your experience and career aspirations.

Job Responsibility:

creating and maintaining internal control procedures
resolving errors in financial data, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting
analyzing processes and suggesting improvements
working closely with team leaders, managers, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
participating in various projects, contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives
adhering to company policies and regulations to ensure ethical and compliant financial practices
being involved in internal and external audit activities, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high standards of financial control
active participation in the month-end closing activities
matching invoices received with goods received and ensure that all discrepancies are resolved
handling questions from other departments and business partners regarding your assigned responsibilities

Requirements:

minimum a year of accounting experience, preferably in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment (OTC/AR or PTP/AP) - regarding Specialist role, for Juniors - only nice to have
SAP knowledge - nice to have!
fluent in English (minimum B1+ level) and French (minimum B2 level)
strong desire to develop and grow professionally
excellent team player with a collaborative mindset
openness to participating in international projects
commitment to enhancing accounting skills and knowledge
bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field (or relevant accounting courses) - great asset!

Nice to have:

SAP knowledge
