Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant in Bronx, New York. This role is in the financial services industry and will involve working with various accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools.

Job Responsibility:

Proficiently use accounting software systems like MIP and ADP
Undertake accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable
Prepare for audits and ensure all financial records are in order
Manage balance sheet accounts and perform regular audits
Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective financial management
Handle customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with Cl Programming
Ability to use Concur
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Proficiency in various Accounting Functions
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Proven expertise in Auditing
Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account
Experience with Abila MIP

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Concur and Cl Programming for financial operations
Experience with Abila MIP
