Job Description:

The role is in the service industry and involves using software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. The workplace is a detail-oriented setting where the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining and enhancing financial systems.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and create financial reports
Apply Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial forecasting
Ensure Accounts Payable and Receivables are accurate and up-to-date
Maintain general ledger
Handle customer inquiries related to their financial accounts
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when discrepancies are identified
Manage cash applications
Month-end activities
Sales tax reporting
Identify and resolve accounting errors in a timely manner
Continuously update knowledge on accounting best practices and regulations

Requirements:

Possession of a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Proven experience in the Accounting field required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks are essential
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge about current regulations and standards in the field of Accounting
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
