Job Description:

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work mostly remotely. As the Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing month-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing valuable insights for business decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

managing the month-end close process to ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, timely, and in compliance with GAAP requirements
leading the revenue recognition process
utilizing CRM and accounting systems to determine job completion and appropriate revenue recognition
performing monthly reconciliations for bank, credit card, payroll, accrued expenses, and prepaid accounts
providing valuable insights for business decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
strong proficiency in MS Office
advanced Excel skills
knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
extensive experience in reconciliations
experience in month-end close process
proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
competence in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
skill in performing Bank Reconciliations
knowledge and experience with General Ledger
ability to accurately make Journal Entries
experience in managing Month End Close
proficiency in using NetSuite software
experience with Oracle software
proficiency in using QuickBooks software
familiarity and experience with SAP software

knowledge of NetSuite
