Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accountant in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in Fort Worth, Texas, 76107, United States. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in the financial management and health of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and generating financial reports.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the recording of daily financial transactions
Oversee accounts payable and receivable
Conduct bank reconciliation
Maintain the general ledger
Handle the processing of payroll
Generate financial reports
Assist with tax preparation
Monitor all financial transactions for accuracy
Manage petty cash
Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for invoices, receipts, and other financial records

Requirements:

Proficiency in QuickBooks and other Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Comprehensive understanding and practical experience of Accounting Functions
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
Prior experience in Auditing is a desirable asset
Capability to manage bi-Monthly Payroll
A background in healthcare or NHS settings would be advantageous
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
A detail oriented accounting qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

Nice to have:
