Job Description:

The selected candidate will be an integral part of our team, playing a pivotal role in analyzing data for strategic initiatives, contributing to business improvement, expansion, and fulfilling monthly reporting requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets
Assisting in the creation, implementation, and tracking of management plans
Work closely with management to develop and document efficient processes
Gather and analyze data for strategic initiatives
Summarize report findings
Create reports and visualizations
Identify substandard processes
Assist with project management
Utilize accounting software systems and CRM
Conduct audits and manage budget processes
Leverage data mining techniques
Handle accrual accounting tasks

Requirements:

BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Business Management preferred
Proven analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
