Job Description:

The role entails processing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, resolving customer inquiries, monitoring customer accounts, and taking appropriate actions when necessary. The position requires attention to detail and expertise in financial assessments and invoice processing.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze publicly available company financial information through the review of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings
determine the billability of companies through thorough reviews
undertake the review of the invoice process, ensuring no missing information and compliance with funding rules
utilize your skills in Account Analysis to provide accurate financial assessments
handle the review of invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing
actively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
proven experience as an Accounting Analyst or similar role
proficiency in account analysis and financial reporting
ability to review, process, and reconcile invoices accurately and promptly
strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
proficiency in using financial software and databases
excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
strong numerical proficiency and ability to work with complex data
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
ability to work independently and as part of a team
strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
