As an Accounting Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will play a vital role in financial operations, focusing on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury functions. The position includes managing customer credit applications, overseeing billing and Treasury processes, and utilizing Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management. Job Responsibility:

Ensuring accurate processing of customer credit applications
managing and updating customer credit records meticulously
effective resolution of customer inquiries related to financial matters
regular monitoring of customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions as needed
handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively
managing billing functions and ensuring timely invoicing
overseeing Treasury functions and conducting regular audits
utilizing Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management
working with ADP - Financial Services for streamlined operations

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
strong understanding of Accounting Functions
experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
comfortable with Billing Functions
knowledge of Treasury is a significant advantage
experience in handling Treasury Function is preferred
