Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team in the government industry, based in Rialto, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and involves the use of various accounting software systems to manage financial operations.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently and accurately process accounting functions using Accounting Software Systems
Handle customer inquiries and take appropriate actions based on ADP - Financial Services guidelines
Utilize Ceridian for maintaining and managing financial data
Ensure the correct and timely processing of customer credit applications using Concur
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records through ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed
Conduct routine auditing to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with regulations
Manage billing functions, ensuring all invoices are issued and payments are received in a timely manner

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the government sector
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
Familiarity with Ceridian software will be considered an asset
Proficiency in Concur software is highly desirable
Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary
Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
Prior experience in Auditing within the government sector is important
Experience in Billing Functions is highly desirable

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Ceridian software
Proficiency in Concur software
Experience in Billing Functions
