Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an accomplished Accounting and PR specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. As an Accounting and PR specialist, you will primarily handle tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll. Your role will also involve reconciling accounts, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the processing and management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Maintain and update financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Handle payroll duties ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time
Reconcile account discrepancies promptly and accurately
Monitor financial transactions and reports to identify and resolve any irregularities
Collaborate with the team to streamline financial operations and improve financial performance
Ensure all financial data and records are kept secure and confidential
Continually update knowledge of financial policies, statutory regulations, and industry trends to ensure company's financial operations are in line with legal requirements and standards

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge and experience in Payroll management
Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Demonstrated ability in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proven experience in Reconciling Accounts
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective Public Relations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
