Job Description:

We are in search of a diligent Accounting Assistant to become a part of our dynamic team. Situated in Holyoke, Massachusetts, this role encompasses important responsibilities in the financial services sector, with a focus on accounting functions. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment.

Job Responsibility:

Executing accounting functions accurately to ensure smooth financial operations
Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient data management
Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain financial stability
Conducting regular auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reports
Operating ADP - Financial Services for streamlined financial management
Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
Working with CaseWare for efficient financial data analysis
Using Concur for effective expense management
Monitoring customer accounts and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with CaseWare
Knowledge of Concur
Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Ability to handle various Accounting Functions
Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficiency in Auditing
Experience with Bank Reconciliations
