Job Description:

Robert Half is on the lookout for a proficient Accounting Associate to join our client's team in Philadelphia. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a pivotal role in handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining precise records, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary actions when required.

Job Responsibility:

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed
Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure accurate billing
Process invoices efficiently and accurately
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data entry and other tasks
Familiarity with Sage 100 for various accounting tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Experience with SAGE 100 preferred
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, EXCEL, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills required

Nice to have:

Experience with SAGE 100
