Job Description:

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in the Rental/Leasing Services industry located in Kapolei, Hawaii. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be tasked with essential financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining and updating financial records on a daily basis
Regular reconciliation of bank, credit card, and company accounts
Processing vendor and subcontractor payments
Generating and sending customer invoices
Assisting in managing relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Providing support for payroll
Processing subcontractor payments
Collaborating with project managers to track project expenses
Creating job costing reports
Preparing monthly financial statements
Providing support for tax preparation
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Accounting field, preferably within the Rental/Leasing Services industry
Proven expertise in Account Reconciliation
Demonstrable experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficient in Billing processes
Solid experience in Data Entry
Extensive knowledge in Invoice Processing
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Oracle
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Familiarity with SAP
