Job Description:

The role involves managing invoicing, accounts payable, and vendor communications in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and process student tuition invoices and tuition assistance
Handle incoming payments and update parent accounts
Respond to parent inquiries and provide regular reports to the management team
Prepare necessary documents for the collection agency
Oversee accounts payable by processing invoices and ensuring prompt, accurate vendor payments
Adhere to internal controls, approval processes, and accounts payable procedures
Allocate expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers
Prepare accounts payable checks and ACH batches
Engage with vendors to resolve any payment or invoice discrepancies
Monitor accounts payable aging report and address outstanding invoices
Prepare and process electronic payments and checks for signature
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
Prepare 1099 forms
Deposit checks following cash receipt policies
Provide additional support for accounting and finance functions

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Must have skills in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Familiarity with Billing procedures
Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience in Invoice Processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Oracle software is beneficial
Knowledge of QuickBooks software is preferred
Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous

Nice to have:

Experience with Oracle software
Knowledge of QuickBooks software
Familiarity with SAP software
