Job Description:

This role operates within the accounting industry, providing key support through the organization and verification of data.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the accuracy and correctness of data
Collect and organize data for easy access and understanding
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and management
Apply knowledge of accounting principles and local tax in daily tasks
Monitor and maintain customer credit records
Process and verify customer credit applications
Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on monitoring
Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Strong data entry skills are necessary
Knowledge of local tax regulations is essential
A minimum of a high school diploma is required
a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work is crucial
Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for reporting and liaising with other departments
A high degree of integrity and confidentiality is required due to the sensitive nature of the information handled

Nice to have:
