Job Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to manage financial records across diverse industries. If you have experience with at least two accounting ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate payments and collections
Enter and verify invoices, receipts, and payment requests in the accounting system
Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams on financial matters
Provide support to the accounting team and management as needed

Requirements:

Associates' degree or equivalent from a two-year college and Six months or more related accounting/bookkeeping experience
or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent attention to detail and fast data entry
Ability to work in a team environment to complete goals, while also working alone on projects
Strong MicroSoft Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivots)
Accounting ERP experience: QuickBooks and NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft Etc.
