Job Description:

Robert Half Contracts Finance & Accounting division is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join a busy construction firm. The Accounting Clerk will report directly to the CFO and handle both accounting and contracts duties, along with various responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Helping with AP Processing
entering contracts into ERP software system
vendor management
assisting as backup to payroll
reconciling vendor accounts
working heavily off of Excel

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail
AA in Accounting is preferred
strong communication skills
excellent written skills
ability to handle a busy environment and juggle many tasks at once
