The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for entering Sales Orders and Purchase Orders as well as Billing. The Billing is very complex and requires extreme detail. The ideal candidate will also have experience with sales tax.
Job Responsibility:
Accurate and efficient processing of sales orders
handling and entering purchase orders
managing complex billing procedures
providing support for sales-related activities
ensuring compliance with sales tax regulations
utilizing NetSuite and Microsoft Excel for various tasks
maintaining detailed and accurate records of all transactions
working collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
extremely detail oriented
team player
proficiency in NetSuite accounting software
experience in handling billing processes
managing purchase orders
sales support experience
knowledge of sales tax regulations
advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, complex formulas)
excellent numerical skills
strong organizational skills
excellent communication skills
degree in Accounting, Finance or related field advantageous
