Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team located in Fresno, California, 93703, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing billing processes, and data entry. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is part time.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the processing of invoices with precision and timeliness
Administer the reconciliation of account discrepancies and irregularities
Manage the accounts payable and receivable efficiently
Handle the billing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and update customer credit records diligently
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as required
Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for accounting and data entry tasks

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role or similar field
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) operations
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) operations
Familiarity with Billing procedures
Proficiency in Data Entry
Experience with Invoice Processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with QuickBooks software
