Job Description:

Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program opportunities. You will learn first-hand about a hotel's operations. Our Hotel Internship Program allows you to truly experience the industry from the ground up, where our founders and many of our leaders began. You will get immersed in Bulgari's culture and business and find your true calling in the travel industry. Our internships are typically available in many different areas of the hotel. By gaining hands-on experience in the exciting world of hotel management, you'll be better prepared to pursue opportunities post-graduation.

Job Responsibility:

Learn about revenue audit and reconciliation
Learn about accounting and purchasing operations
Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records
Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry
Record, store, and analyze all checks issued in the F&B outlets
Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data
Prepare, review, and correct e-invoices in the SDI
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect
Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals
Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality

Requirements:

Current college or university student or recently graduated
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of the Italian Language
Proficiency in English would be an advantage
Hospitality or Finance qualification desirable
